I realize that my blog is supposed to be about Sicily. However, I wanted to share a few of my photos from a quick trip to Rome. This was my second trip, and I just fell in love with the city. It stands in such contrast to Sicily....modern, yet ancient at the same time. I can't wait to go back!
Beautiful Heather!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Heather. That modern ad in the ancient space is wonderful. And what in the world is that biker carrying??? Looks like a chair with a broken leg?
ReplyDeleteThanks Jann. Yes, she is carrying a broken chair. You just don't see that everyday!
ReplyDeleteFantastic pictures! Love the shot with Bicycle by the curb... Although I keep thinking of "The Bicycle Thief" and want to say
ReplyDelete"Be careful!"
Oh beautiful images of Rome, like in an Etorre Scola or Dino Risi movie...
