Fontana Pretoria

The Fontana Pretoria, the work of Florentine sculptor Francesco Camilliani, stands In Palermo's Piazza Pretoria. When the work was first unveiled in 1575, the people of Palermo were outraged by the nude figures. It has since been know as Fontana della Vergogna, or, " The Fountain of Shame".
